Our counselors believe that mental health isn't one-size-fits-all, so they offer a wide range of specialties and approaches to meet the individual needs of each participant. Whether you're navigating trauma, identity, grief, or life transitions, our counseling team invests in you.

Occupational therapy session

Occupational Therapy

Our Occupational Therapists work to support participants as they develop the adulting skills, strategies, and behaviors necessary for independent, meaningful, and productive adult lives. This includes:

  • Daily life skills training
  • Grooming and personal hygiene
  • Home management and meal preparation
  • Shopping, driving safety, and community transportation options
  • Personal growth, social development, and conflict resolution
  • Health education and physical activity
  • Literacy and career readiness skills
  • Financial literacy
  • Adaptive strategies for individual developmental, neurological, or mental health needs
Youth advocacy

Youth Advocacy

Our Youth Advocates work to empower participants by providing support, resources, and advocacy to help them navigate adulting challenges and access services. Their role involves direct interaction with our youth, community engagement, event planning, and collaboration with various stakeholders.
